They are honest, upfront, and thorough.
We have had great experiences every time we take our car to Mission Viejo Transmission. Whether we are there for something that is not working, or if it is due for a checkup, Kevin is always extremely thorough. He always tells me, in order of priority, what needs to be done, what is urgent and what is not urgent, and what to look for in the future. I had the bad experience of going to the dealer and having them say I needed new brakes. I took it to Kevin, and he told me I absolutely did not need them. 10,000 miles later and I am still driving with no brake problems. We started going over there about 3 years ago. I can trust Mission Viejo Transmission; they are honest. They tell me what needs to be done. I am the daughter of a car dealer, and I don't like to get the run around. I like honesty, and I usually have a feel about what things are right or wrong. Kevin has been amazing. He is honest, upfront, and his pricing is great. I had a mechanic I had used for 30 years, but I had an emergency transmission problem. A friend recommended Mission Viejo Transmission, and I went there because I had to get it fixed fast. Kevin gave me a truck, unloaded all the saddles from my van, put them in the truck, and had my transmission done in a day and half. Now I go back all the time for everything and have been using them for 3 or 4 years. I have switched over entirely. Kevin follows through, is friendly, responsible, and reliable. He solves all my problems. If anything goes wrong, which it hasn't, I know he would always check it out. He is always pleasant to work with. He is a really great person. He is family oriented, and often talks about his family. The service is reliable and fast, he gets me in and out as quickly as possible. They are all courteous and considerate. Kevin is a really neat person.

They go above and beyond the call of duty.
We have 6 automobiles, and we have all of them fixed and worked on at Mission Viejo Transmission. They have gone above and beyond the call of duty for us. I have been using them for over 8 years. One of the cars that they have serviced for us now has 173 thousand miles on it. My mother-in-law got into a minor fender bender when her brakes went out. Mission Viejo actually got to the scene and helped her before I got there. They got her stabilized, dropped her off to get her hair done, took the car to the shop, and fixed it. They found out that the problem was a brake issue and fixed it even though they specialize in transmissions. We are pretty dedicated to Mission Viejo Transmission. If we have any issues or concerns, no matter how large or small, they will check it out for us.

Mission Viejo Transmission really is a stand up company. There is no guess work with them. I have been using them since the 1980's, so really since I was a kid. They are a people of integrity, and Kevin is a man of integrity. I never have to worry, because if something doesn't get fixed, Kevin is a man of his word. They do business like it should be done. I would highly recommend them. They are great guys, and it is easy to do business with them. I can't say enough about them; they bend over backwards for their customers. At the end of the day it is rare to run into people with integrity. You don't have to worry about Mission Viejo Transmission replacing parts that don't need to be replaced, or driving up costs. Everyone there is like family, and they have a good time working.
